I had a great stay here, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the Kantaoui Zoo and taking peaceful walks in the surrounding parks, making my weekend trips exciting and fulfilling.

The staff were really friendly and helped me with everything, even organizing my late checkout. The atmosphere was chill, and I enjoyed the beach and snack bar by the pool. Only thing, the WiFi was pretty hit or miss. drove me a bit crazy at times.

Carpets in the corridors are embarrassingly old and dirty, which detracts from the overall aesthetic. the fitness room's odd scheduling limits its use unless you're willing to pay extra. given the hotel's star rating, that's simply unacceptable. Food at the buffet can get repetitive, and finding adequate utensils during meals can turn into an unnecessary scavenger hunt. Internet connectivity is notoriously unreliable throughout the hotel, leaving many moments without access when you'd expect it the most. With some serious upgrading needed in various areas, the overall service does fall short of five-star expectations.

This was just an optimal selection for a short visit in Port El Kantaoui and great for the money. The food was quite varied, which made meals enjoyable. If you need WiFi, consider getting a local SIM card instead.

i had a great time at el mouradi palm marina hotel! the staff were super friendly, and they made me feel so welcome right from the start. the activities were awsome, and there was always something fun to do like yoga and aqua aerobics. my room was really comfy and always clean, which was a plus! the food overall was great too, especially the desserts which were a highlight.
